Omega just released their latest new James Bond model, the aptly named 007 Edition (ref. 126.96.36.199.01.001).
This new model is part of the extremely popular Seamaster Diver 300M collection and was created for the latest Bond film, No Time To Die, in which Daniel Craig wears the very same watch.
This version of the Seamaster features a few noteworthy changes, the most obvious of which is what Omega’s calling a “tropical brown” accent which is designed to give the watch a vintage feel. Also note the broad arrow above 6:00, a symbol long associated with British governance, and in this instance, likely the Ministry of Defence.
The 42mm case is made from titanium, and inside beats the 8806 Master Chronometer, so it’s not only extremely accurate, but resistant to magnetism.
The new 007 is available on a mesh bracelet, my preference, for $9,200, and on also on a NATO strap for $8,100.
